Welcome to W6RK.com
This is Risto Kotalampi, W6RK. I have been ham radio operator since 1983. My first call was OH6EE and I was active in Finland until about 1987 when I moved to Tampere. I had less and less time to the hobby when other activities took over.
I immigrated to U.S.A. in 1996 and finally, after 7 years of living here I decided to take the exam. My first call was AE6PW and when W6RK became available I applied for it immediately. .. and successfully got my vanity call.
